Nursery and Childcare Information

The goal of the Second Presbyterian Nursery is to provide a safe, comfortable, and Christ-centered environment for infants and toddlers from birth to age five. For this reason, all of our nursery staff have been background checked. Nursery staff must have experience and/or training in working with infants and children.

Most weeks a Bible lesson will be presented to older toddlers including crafts, games, stories, and music. The children join the congregation during worship for the Children’s Time of Discovery, except in circumstances of separation anxiety, in which case the child will stay in the nursery with one of the nursery attendants.
